Words at Work: High Notes Returns for Season 3

The High Notes podcast is back for its third season. And this time, it’s all about the role of voice in business.

Launching on Monday 27 October 2025, the new series, titled Words at Work, explores how our voices shape influence, leadership, and genuine connection in the workplace. Over eight episodes, host Melissa Thom speaks with some of the most insightful thinkers and practitioners across business, communication, and culture.

Guests include speechwriter Simon Lancaster, BAFTA’s Colin Burgess, broadcaster Janey Lee Grace, voice coach Dr. Rockford Sansom, PR legend Lynne Franks, writer Jane Duffus, leadership coach Tricia Duffy, and business thinker Margaret Heffernan.

About the Host

Melissa Thom is a speech and communication coach, acclaimed voice actor, and founder of BRAVA. She has voiced global campaigns for brands including Google, Amazon, Nike, LL COOL J, and Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto V), and has trained thousands of professionals to speak with confidence and authenticity.
