BRAVA founder, Melissa Thom, was recently asked by the wonderful people at Earbuds Collective to put together her podcast recommendations on creativity.

Her picks range from well known global names like Elizabeth Gilbert to local artists including Bristol's former poet in residence, Vanessa Kissule talking to poet, Lemn Sissay MBE. And we had to include one of our most listened to episodes from the HIGH NOTES podcast - with radio and showbiz presenter from Virgin, BBC1, BBC6, BBC4, Spotify and more, Sinead Garvan. This is a really candid chat about what it means to be working in the business today - so if you're a woman working in audio, we'd really recommend having a listen to this honest conversation.

Melissa said:

'Much of my life's work has been about the importance of craft. Helping others unlock creativity is a) a privilege and b) essential to our place in the world because it drives innovation, problem-solving, personal expression and ultimately helps us navigate life's most complex challenges.

For me, unlocking creativity is also essential for it's own sake - as a natural, human impulse that deserves space without justification.'
